The interior walls will be grid-based rock climbing walls, allowing for modular input of shelves, lights, cabinets, etc. as well as access to the lofted bed.

Countertop and other additions to the initial wall will be hot-rolled steel, which is fireproof, shatterproof, and will give nice contrast to the mostly wood feel of the house.
